Track field

Variable pad
The variable pad can increase train driving and track stability by adjusting the height of any thickness by inserting a pocket in the spaced area between the sleepers and bridges’ girder or the rail sagging spots on the sleepers and roads, and then injecting resin.

Product Features

  • Evenly support the rail by correcting the manufacturing error and construction error of the track
  • Minimize vibration and noise due to separation of sleepers and bridges, and sleepers and roads
  • Precise construction on the curved part is possible, preventing track distortion
  • Can be used semi-permanently with one time construction
  • Precise fastening of fasteners
  • Precision construction on the bridge

Installation of variable pad

  • The variable pads in the bridge are installed in the following order (Refer photos).
  • Fastening of fasteners approximately 40 minutes after resin injection, and train operation is possible after 2 hours.

Tie filler
It is a product developed to fill the gap by filling the gap between the sleeper, slab, and the vibration-proof pad with a filler (tie filler) of appropriate physical and mechanical properties, and to maintain structural safety.

Tie filler features

  • Excellent fluidity that can fill even minute gaps
  • Excellent hardening strength and excellent track durability
  • Due to the characteristics of early complete strength, it is possible to pass the train from about 40 minutes after injection of the tie filler
  • Excellent adhesion with sleepers and concrete to ensure the integration of track structure
  • If injected into the cracks of the sleeper, it prevents the spread of damage to the sleeper and extends the service life
  • Resin injection
  • Resin hardening
  • displacement measurement
Spike Filler
A product that can be easily repaired a damaged hole on wooden sleeper or broken buried case on PC sleeper.
- For wooden sleepers and PC sleepers: Spike wood filler
- For synthetic resin sleepers: Spike filler

Product Features

  • Spike WoodFiller / filler resin has little shrinkage after hardening, so its filling rate is excellent
  • Excellent clamping force (4.25ton pull-out load)
  • Maintenance is possible in a short period of time, so it is possible on serviceline.
  • Simple usage and excellent durability.

Method of Uses

  • After cleaning the drilling hole at the site, drill the inside of the hole in an 8-shape shape
  • After mixing A and B by 1:1, inject into the damaged sleeper hole
  • Maintenance is possible in a short period of time, so it is possible on service line.
  • When hardening is completed, drilling and refastening the fastener (hardening time: about 40~60 minutes)

Ballast Bond
The ballast Bond is applied to the high-speed driving section, the tunnel entry and exit section, the connection section of the ballasttrack and the concrete track, and the place where the track lateral resistance is a problem in order to efficient management of the ballast track.

Product Features

  • The ballast bond is made of urethane resin, and the gravel and gravel are bonded by a point-structure adhesive method, allowing the gravel to be separated during MTT work.
  • One-component type, no complicated weighing or equipment is required, and manpower construction is possible with a simple spreader.
  • Penetration of the ballast bond
  • Gravel separation is possible when MTT work

Usage of the ballast Bond

  • Stabilize the ballast track by consolidating the scattering points with a tie temper or compactor before use.
  • The amount of ballast bond is distributed according to the required penetration depth.
  • The train can be operated 2 hours after the bond is spread.
  • Avoid construction in rainy weather, and not affected by rainfall after complete curing (after 2 hours).
